Aimedis Decision Pro V4
Terms of Use
Last updated: June 8, 2026
1. Scope
These Terms of Use govern the use of the Aimedis Decision Pro V4 platform by patients, clinicians and administrators. By registering you accept these terms.
2. Description of service
Aimedis Decision Pro V4 is a telemedicine platform with structured patient intake, real-time waiting room, GDPR-compliant video consultation, multilingual clinical AI assistant (AVA), private knowledge base via VoyageAI RAG, patient AI helper and educational video library. The clinical service itself is provided by licensed clinicians.
3. Requirements
For patients: full legal capacity or consent of guardians. For clinicians: valid medical license and positive verification by an Aimedis admin after license upload.
4. User obligations
• Truthful information • Careful handling of login credentials • No sharing of the account with third parties • No abusive use of the AI functions (e.g. to obtain prescriptions without medical indication) • Observance of statutory retention and confidentiality duties (clinicians)
5. AI notice
AVA is a decision-SUPPORT tool, not a replacement for clinical responsibility. Recommendations are to be understood as suggestions. Final clinical responsibility lies exclusively with the treating clinician. Patients using AVA for explanation of findings do not replace consultation with their clinician thereby.
6. Liability
Aimedis is liable for intent and gross negligence without limit, otherwise only for the breach of material contractual duties and limited to typical, foreseeable damage. Liability for indirect and consequential damages is excluded to the extent legally permitted. For clinical services the treating clinician is liable.
7. Termination
Patients may delete their account at any time without notice via the profile (Art. 17 GDPR). Clinicians give notice in writing to support@aimedis.app. In case of serious violations Aimedis reserves the right to terminate without notice.
8. Governing law
German law applies excluding conflict-of-laws rules. Place of jurisdiction is the Aimedis head office, insofar as you are a merchant or legal entity under public law.
